duration of the workout: 55 minutes
make yourself some space, 2m x 2m is enough, more can be helpful. look for a comfortable atmosphere and place where nobody disturbs you. you can do the workout alone or in company. it helps to stream the picture on a bigger screen and to have good sound to dive into the workout!
following the proposed instructions, still move as you like and as you feel. find your expression and go to (or over) your own limits. when you feel exhausted, do a bit less, relax more, but don't stop moving.
