SWITCHdrive has evolved from a simple sync and share service to a powerful collaboration platform with features like the ability to open office documents in a browser, manage users in custom groups or see who changed one of your shared files in the activity overview. These new features allow you to work collaboratively with other users anywhere in the world, whether they have a SWITCHdrive account or not. However, in order to do this efficiently and to get the most out of the new features, you should follow some good practices guidelines and avoid some common pitfalls.
