First lecture and introduction to the exercise
The first lecture reflects fundamental questions regarding the relevance of aesthetic experiences for architecture students. Experiences that may sensitise our perception; that help us to build another relation to our environment and our actions in this very surroundings of ours.
We look at the basic elements in the artistic process and contextualise the practical exercises in the field, following the course.
The students receive the first perception exercise and the first Thinking Machine exercise is given by our guest, the Vienna based performance artist Thomas Geiger.
